They are able to convert between PAL and NTSC, down/up/cross convert in HD, or provide you with an aspect ratio change from all major tape and file formats.. This includes any HD or SD frame rate (23.98, 24, 25, 29.97, 50 and 59.94) and frame size (480/576, 720 and 1080).
